oBeyond the Leap offers immersive personal and professional development experiences that combine executive coaching, strategy facilitation, and intentional travel. We help individuals and teams pause, realign, and grow—currently hosting programs in Costa Rica.

Our programs are ideal for executive teams, senior leaders, high-performing professionals, HR/talent leaders, and entrepreneurs navigating career or leadership transitions.

Not necessarily. The 30-Day Experience is designed for remote workers who stay employed during the program. Executive Retreats can be unplugged or work-focused, tailored to your goals.

Our current destination is Costa Rica. Each location is chosen for its natural beauty and ability to support meaningful reflection and professional growth.

All programs include 1:1 executive coaching before and after the experience, as well as leadership development sessions and regular check-ins throughout your stay.

Yes. Companions are welcome during the 30-Day Experience. Retreats focus on team dynamics, but we can accommodate custom requests.
